The Fruit Patch operations center in Dinuba is widely known as the best in the Valley and we intend to keep that reputation. We demonstrate this commitment to being best frequently, like our $5 million investment to add state-of-the-art processing for specialty citrus and pomegranates. The pomegranate line includes a dunk tank and waxing process to ensure premium quality. Additionally to enhance quality, ozone is utilized in both the packing process and in cold storage. Finally, a pallet locator system allows for control of inventory. This investment helps Fruit Patch maintain its Best-in-Class yields (80% past three year average) and good arrival rates (99.7%) making our growers the most successful in the San Joaquin Valley.
